As we enter into a new beginning, a fresh week of opportunity and expansion, it’s always nice to reflect on where we have come from and what we have experienced.

This week has been wildly transformative for us, full of plant medicines, sunrises and sunsets, communication and finding the strength to be vulnerable in our own processes.

Spiritual Quest

For the past year and a half, both of us have chosen to walk the path of growth and spiritual evolution without the support of plant medicines. Plant medicines have been used all over the world for endless purposes and one of the ways in which we have connected with the gifts from Gaia is to enhance connection to higher vibrational dimensions, expand our awareness, integrate at high speeds and receive guidance.

Over the past year, we have gone on a deep dive to access all of these elements through the use of meditation, breath work, cold exposure, yogic practises and sound healing.

This week, the desire to connect back in with the plant medicines meant that a whole new journey opened up and although only one of us chose to venture down this path, the experience for us as a team was one of deep connection, expansion and elevation.

When we connect into deeper parts of ourselves with the support of Gaia, something profound and heart opening happens. We are gifted the ability to see ourselves, the understand the truth of this existence from a place of connectedness and love far beyond what most are even aware possible.

This experience isn’t for everyone, there are beings who have come here to experience this expansion and medicine so that they may bring forth the wisdom and teachings for the rest of us and that was something we experienced this week. It wasn’t required for both of us to go on the spiritual quest as the stories shared afterwards, if truly tuned into, were enough for both of us to gain extreme insights into ourselves and experience shifts into new versions of ourselves.

There were many teachings and beautiful lessons that have come through this experience that we are both still integrating but by far one of the greatest gifts was the guidance to a hidden sacred place overlooking the beautiful land in which we live upon. We have since spent many afternoons and risings watching the world wake up and fall into darkness, a reminder of our own short, sweet and profound existence here on this wonderful planet, a continuous cycle of darkness and waking.

Family Healing

Those that follow our social media pages will have seen that we opened up our home to our family and shared a beautiful cacao ceremony, sound healing and dinner. Since that incredible experience, we have been diving deep with sharing sound healing with those In the family requiring extra support.

Sound healing is a profound and underrated experience that can support the body in healing all types of physical pain and disease as well as calming the nervous system, releasing stored trauma, anxiety, depression and giving all five bodies a boost of healing energy that is indescribable.

How? Well, we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational world and the singing bowls send out a frequency that is attuned to our chakra systems, helping to unblock our energy centres and allowing the energy in our bodies to flow freely.

Since working with some of our family members, the improvement in physical pain, sleep disorders, dis-regulated nervous systems and mood can only be described as wild.

Regardless of whether you are a believer of any of this, the body doesn’t lie as a form of healing, the sound bowls go under the radar massively. Plus the feeling of a sound journey, wow. Once we let go of whatever the vibration brings to the surface for us, it is pure nirvana. They have the ability to transport us into other dimensions with such ease and we emerge feeling light, peaceful, calm and exuding love.

We have found ourselves diving deep into Earth Blend this past week and found it to be incredibly different to our other products. We began with Earth Blend but since the creation of Focus Fuel and Soothe & Restore, we have been experiencing them daily and only ever experiencing Earth Blend through cooking or adding into the others for a thicker blend.
