Gardening, Studio Cacao, Trust and Conscious Marketing
Is it Sunday already? Welcome back to another weekly cup and this week has been jam packed with exciting adventures.
In case you were wondering why it is all of a sudden so cold, the snow has arrived in Australia and the winds are carrying a new freshness, the perfect time to break out the winter doonas, crank up the heater and begin the wintery hibernation vibes with a warm cup of cacao.
‘Trust the process’
This is somewhat of an affirmation for us and over the past couple of weeks, we have been leaning into trusting our own process on deeper levels.
We are vibrational beings having a human experience here in this physical realm and we are continuously asking for things. The moment we experience any contrast or ‘negativity’ we immediately begin asking vibrationally for the opposite or improved version of whatever it is we are experiencing.
Since birthing Good Rising Cacao, we have been asking in a continuous stream so that we can further refine our processes and create even more ease and joy in each moment. This also means that we are receiving at high speeds and often, we have been blocking what’s coming to us because of our belief systems around receiving whatever it is we are asking for eg. ‘I’m not worthy of receiving that’, ‘That’s not possible’, ‘That will take such a long time’ - the list of beliefs that we choose for ourselves to inhibit our evolution and perpetuate greater suffering is extensive.
Good Rising continues to be such a fantastic teacher and training ground for us to see where we are out of alignment with our highest selves so we can acknowledge those beliefs that are in the way, give thanks and say goodbye to them.
This week, we finally landed on our own system and structure for creating a sustainable, easeful and exciting way to create and share our story online. So far, it has been a daily task to show up on social media and although it has been such a fun and beautiful experience to connect with our community, it has become unattainable due to other areas of our lives also picking up speed. Such is the joy of being a deliberate creator with multiple interests, everything begins to move at once, its a wonderful time of our lives.
So, as we leaned into trusting our own process, we had to trust that time away from posting and showing up online was ok, that It was necessary. This brought up beliefs around success, failure, metrics and a whole host of wild and wonderful misaligned thoughts. We navigated those spaces, supported ourselves and each other, communicated through it all and then we received the greatest gift; an entirely new process and way forward that works for us.
Conscious Marketing; a sustainable and intentional way to share our story and grow a community through connection, honesty and fun. Letting go of the old structures, gimmicks, trends and tacky psychological manipulation just to try and sell something. It just doesn’t feel aligned for us.
We are forever evolving and that’s what makes life so fun.
So, whatever you are doing, if it feels challenging or like you have stopped - breath, trust your process and let go for a moment so that the new ideas can flow.
Sometimes that’s all that is required, space.
Let the project, relationship or whatever it is that you are focused on breath. Allow source to work its magic in the background while you rest, read a good book and drink some Good Rising Cacao.
All of a sudden you will be flooded with brilliant ideas that feel like the perfect next step in your process and you’ll be off again, full beast mode and wondering what all the stress was about last week.

Through out our home, we have whiteboards in most rooms - Taurus and Virgo, there’s a lot of cleanliness and organisation that happens here.
The living room whiteboard has been jam packed with a never ending list of Siniša tasks and this week, his final task on the list was completed.
Garden.
What a mission and what an incredible achievement. Not only is the garden beautiful but the completion of the year long whiteboard list is cause for celebration. As one chapter ends, a new one must begin and that is the energy running through our home at the moment.
New beginnings, new adventures, new opportunities and new versions of ourselves. When our whiteboard lists began, we were very different beings and those lists kept us accountable, kept us moving towards our goals and created a never ending stream of success and satisfaction. That’s probably why we have them in every room, satisfaction around every corner.
We came here to create and whatever idea we receive, we put it on the whiteboard, trust the diving timing of it all (and our process) and choose to complete those tasks and show up for ourselves everyday.
This is how we created Good Rising Cacao with such speed and how we continue to create. Whiteboards and a lot of Focus Fuel, obviously.
Now we watch for the growth
One of the greatest joys of running a business is most definitely sharing our product with friends, especially those that have never had cacao or medicinal mushrooms.
This week, Good Rising Cacao made its debut in a recording studio based out of Mentone. This studio is inside one of the original Cadbury Chocolate Factories so it was quite fitting.
Michael Mumford is an incredibly talented producer, dad of two, podcast host and now, a Good Rising Cacao community member.
Michael is not a coffee drinker and has never had cacao or medicinal mushrooms but he was keen to try out Focus Fuel during our second day together in the studio.
His feelings on it all? He loved the taste and half an hour after his first cup of Focus Fuel, Michael turned around and remarked ‘yep, I’m definitely feeling it’.
Day three arrived and he was eager for another cup of Good Rising Cacao and our studio sessions flew by in an ease of creativity, tarot cards pulls, choir vocals, deep conversations and a lot of laughter.
It’s not just about the drink, it’s about the intentions that were set during the experience, it’s about trying something new and the deeper connection that comes from that experience with someone. Our cup of Good Rising Cacao each morning was our moment of connecting into what we wanted to achieve for that session and allowed us to take a moment to listen to ourselves and each other before launching into greater levels of energy, focus, clarity and creativity.
Our favourite combination for creative sessions is Focus Fuel and Soothe & Restore - energy, focus, clarity, calm and relaxed. It doesn’t get much better than that!
That’s a wrap on our wonderful week. As we head into a new and shiny week full of possibilities, we look forward to the first stage of our conscious marketing strategy hitting the social media airwaves, enjoying the gardens growth and potentially revisiting sourdough land.
