Good Rising Cacao - a morning ritual
After months of trudging through the lands looking for a local supplier for our medicinal mushrooms needs, we have been fortunate to align with Terry from AT Mushrooms. Not only is he local and an absolute breeze to work with, he is a gold mine of knowledge on all things mushrooms and with his guidance, we have acquired the best medicinal mushrooms this world has to offer. Of course, we had to test them out on ourselves and got straight into the factory and began creating our new favourite, Soothe & Restore.

Next up for our week, we ventured to a the new creative hub, Studio & Co located in Moorooduc and let us just say, it is a MUST for anyone local to the area or visiting the peninsula. Every space has been lovingly created to spark inspiration, connection and the energy is that of a warm hug.
We spent hours roaming around connecting with the wonderful community already alive there, we enjoyed the delicious food from Jones Corner and were left brimming with excitement and ideas after an immersion into the wonderful world of art that Kelli Lundberg Art. has curated for everyone’s pleasure.
So, get yourself out to Studio & Co, just make sure you clear your day, it’s a hard place to leave.
To finish off an incredible week, we tested out Focus Fuel in our wonderful friends cafe, Dava Thai and although our barista skills aren’t top quality, we were very pleased with our #1 coffee alternative. Sweetened with some maple (of course) and sprinkled with extra chocolate, Focus Fuel really puts the anxiety inducing coffee to shame. This week we are entering into creating and testing new batches of Focus Fuel, connecting the dots with distribution and answering many FAQ through content creation!
