Savouring the Success Sale, Distribution Triumphs & Mindful Moods

This week may well go down as one of the greatest weeks in Good Rising Cacao history. A week to be celebrated and absolutely shared with our beautiful community which will be expanding into new spaces through the support of some very beautiful beings.

In all honesty, every week feels impressive and expansive for us, creating a product and business continues to be one of the greatest experiences of our lives. So, let’s not waste any more time on the small talk. All together now; pause, take a nice, slow deep breath in, inhaling the sweet aroma of cacao and exhale as we go on a ride through a very, very wonderful week.

We kicked off the week with our first ever sale and what a wild time of packing, learning and excitement it has been ever since. Neither of us have ever created a business that sells a product so neither of us have ever been in the game of doing a sale. Here’s what we learnt and how it’s been going.

Turns out, everyone loves a sale! We have had our biggest week of sales since our soft launch in December and a lot came from new customers. A whole bunch of beautiful beings experiencing Good Rising Cacao for the first time, that’s what lights our souls right up! That alone has been cause for gigantic celebration. We know how amazing our cacao is but until it is experienced first hand, how is someone to know? After this week, a lot more will get to experience the magic and we look forward to hearing from each and every one of you about your experience.

Of course as a business it’s great to receive a sale for the financial abundance but that just isn’t the greatest part in all of this. The greatest part has been the connection to the beings behind the sale, the stream of new ideas that is turning into a raging torrent, the creation that is flowing in our veins, the expansive conversations. Once we decided to launch a sale, we received new ideas for photo shoots, requests from people for Afterpay (which is now available BTW) and a continuous stream of ideas for future sales.

Turns out, we also love a sale.

Our first ever sale ends on Sunday April 28th at midnight, if you haven’t already made good use of it, what are you waiting for?

The theme of our week has been a big one; You choose how you feel.

Everything is a choice. You can choose what you eat, what car you drive, where you sit on the train, who you spend time with and although it doesn’t feel like it sometimes, you choose how you feel.

Now, if you're feeling frustrated, irritated, angry, shameful, fearful - anything on the lower part of the emotional scale, this statement will feel like a slap in the face but you also choose to feel that and so the cycle continues.

We have forgotten just how powerful we are, we have forgotten that in any moment, we can choose to shift from a state of frustration into a state of joy, love, happiness, abundance, health etc. It begins with first acknowledging that we are in fact feeling a lower vibration and then it is a matter of simply deciding to feel better. Sometimes feeling better doesn't result in feeling joy or love.

For example, if you are in a state of shame, feeling better could simply be getting to a state of anger. From there, it could be landing in a place of willingness. Getting out of the lower vibrational emotions takes practise, especially if we’ve been operating from a place of fear, guilt or shame for large portion of our lives, which lets be real for a minute, is true for most of us.

There are ways in which we can support ourselves to be in the best possible position throughout our day so that we can make those choices and shifts with ease. This is where meditation, yoga, ice baths or cold showers, breath work, journaling, communicating with someone who has the capacity to hold space and a whole host of other incredible daily practises come into play.

These practises guide us to connect into our five bodies, remember who we are and become grounded within ourselves so that we can remain strong in our resolves and love ourselves. Then we can begin to make the choices that support our evolution with ease and life shifts in the most magical ways.

Ok, we kept you waiting for the biggest news of the week.

We had the absolute privilege of meeting Ian and Linda - two incredibly inspiring beings who operate a conscious distribution company serving up high vibrational, health focused products to cafes and boutique stores throughout all of Victoria.

We met them at their gigantic and so very well organised warehouse and spent many hours chatting with them about life and cacao.

We went there with the idea of being supported in our dream of having Good Rising Cacao on the menu at cafes. We received so much more.

After hearing about their journey from knocking on doors selling coconut water to operating a state wide distribution company, we have been buzzing with excitement, inspiration and expansion for the future of our luxury creation.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day of it all and forget that we are moving at such a wonderful pace and everything is aligning divinely for Good Rising Cacao. Our dreams and goals are actualising in what feels like real time and we couldn’t be more grateful to every single being involved in our journey.

Since our wonderful meeting with Linda and Ian, we have been busy prepping for all things distribution and although its early days in this new chapter, we are excited to share that Good Rising Cacao will be branching out into cafes and stores across Victoria very very soon and with Ian and Linda on our side, we just know that we’re in the best hands in the business.
