Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Good Rising Cacao experience! If something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds:
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@goodrisingcacao.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return address for sending your item back.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@goodrisingcacao.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that have been opened or partially used.
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
Need to swap your item for something else? The fastest way is to return the item you have (following the process above), and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@goodrisingcacao.com.au.
