Subscription, Pre-Order, and Cancellation Policy

At Good Rising Cacao, we want your experience with us to be smooth and flexible. Below are the details on how to manage subscriptions, pre-orders, and cancellations for your purchases.


Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Good Rising Cacao, you’ll enjoy repeat deliveries of your favorite blends, based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

  • Payment Details: Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
  • Auto-Renewals: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
  • Managing Your Subscription: To cancel or make changes, simply follow the links provided in your order confirmation emails to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, Good Rising Cacao may offer products on a pre-order basis. This means you can reserve a soon-to-be-available or out-of-stock product before it officially arrives.

  • Payment Options: At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount. Your payment method will be securely stored, and any remaining balances will be charged once the product is ready to ship.
  • Cancelling a Pre-Order: You can cancel a pre-order that hasn’t been fulfilled, provided it is partially paid or unpaid. However, once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Refund Requests: If your pre-order has been fulfilled but you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
